Two years ago on this day, I woke up, took a shower, went downstairs and flipped on the TV before I left for work. On the news they were showing the planes hitting the towers and I ran upstairs to tell Shireen. I had to leave to go to Polly's Bakery Cafe in Santa Ana because it was Will's birthday and the supervisors were going to buy him breakfast.
