Hybrid Mileage Comes Up Short

I guess this news story is a few months old, but I kinda liked the idea of getting a hybrid for the increased gas mileage. Now I know that it's a bunch of hooey and I will stick to my gas guzzling six cylinder.

Two years ago on this day, I woke up, took a shower, went downstairs and flipped on the TV before I left for work. On the news they were showing the planes hitting the towers and I ran upstairs to tell Shireen. I had to leave to go to Polly's Bakery Cafe in Santa Ana because it was Will's birthday and the supervisors were going to buy him breakfast. I wasn't very hungry so I only ordered toast - It didn't feel right to be eating breakfast there that day.
